另外，搶手的信義區捷運宅，他也能賣到虧錢，他用6百萬購房，另花兩百萬裝潢，入住後卻嫌房子太小，捷運工地施工也吵得讓他失眠，後來委託仲介代售，僅以6百萬出頭價賣出，馬精算後才發現，扣掉20萬仲介費後，自己還是賠錢。
